HOTEL PROFESSIONAL

This program provides participants with the advanced hospitality and service skills required to work in a first-class hotel. Graduates will gain an in-depth understanding of front desk and housekeeping operations, as well as the knowledge required to fulfill them and reach a managerial position in the industry in a short period of time.

Program Scope

Welcoming guests, anticipating their needs and taking necessary actions.
Acquisition of knowledge and skills related to front office and housekeeping operations and organizations.
Familiarity with reservation, check-in and check-out procedures, invoicing and revenue collection.
Preparation and presentation of food and beverage service in daily service and events.
Fluency in the principles of hygiene and occupational safety.
Ensuring that the value of facilities, installations and devices is preserved, and that energy and equipment are used economically.
At the advanced level, three specialization options are available: Hotel Management, Hotel Communications and Hotel Rooms Department.

Program Outcomes

The certificate of participation (program completion certificate for those who complete three terms) will enable participants to find a place in the industry from entry level to management levels.

Theoretical and on-the-job training will be provided by EHL-certified trainers.

COURSES

Training Center, Apprenticeship and Micro Training courses are identical, and the total training hours vary according to the model to be selected.

SPECIALIZATION COURSES

  • Upon completion of the the Foundation and Intermediate Levels, three specialization options are available: Hotel Management, Hotel Communications and Hotel Rooms Division.

  • Participants can choose to specialize in one of the three Advanced pathways for their advanced studies.

  • The knowledge acquired is reinforced through practical lessons and on-the-job practice accompanied by
    instructors.

TRAINING CENTER MODEL

Designed to prepare participants for professional life.

  • Participants can attend each level separately in line with personal goals and work experience. The duration of each level 6 months on a full-time basis, and a certificate of participation is awarded upon completion.

  • Upon successful completion of the foundation, intermediate and advanced levels, a certificate of program completion is awarded.

  • Upon completion of the Advanced level, three specialization options are available: Hotel Management, Hotel Communications and Hotel Rooms.

APPRENTICESHIP MODEL

Intended for participants who are active working professionals.

  • Participants can attend separately in line with personal goals and work experience. The duration of each level is six months, with theoretical training one day of each week, and a certificate of participation is awarded upon completion.

  • Upon successful completion of the foundation, intermediate and advanced levels, a certificate of program completion is awarded.

  • Participants receive classroom-based theoretical training one day of each week, and can continue their professional work on the remaining days.

  • After completing the advanced level, three specialization options are available: Hotel Management, Hotel Communications and Hotel Rooms.
